Overview
Unsolicited concept. GC Design Build is not a Sketch & Frame client. This is a homepage we designed to show how we would present a design-build firm.
The firm designs and builds custom homes, additions, and renovations in Charlotte’s older neighborhoods, with architects, designers, and builders working under one contract.

The challenge
Design-build is an advantage that’s easy to claim and hard to show. A homeowner comparing an architect and a builder separately needs to understand, quickly, why one contract is better, and see proof in neighborhoods they know.
Design decisions
The hero says it in six words: drawn, then built, by one team. A pinned photo sequence walks through drawn, priced, and built, each step paired with a finished project.
Work is indexed by neighborhood rather than style, because that’s how Charlotte homeowners think about houses. Third-party proof sits right where a skeptical visitor looks for it.
