Overview
Unsolicited concept. Grandfather Homes is not a Sketch & Frame client. This is a homepage we designed to show how we would present a family-run luxury builder.
Grandfather Homes builds custom homes, renovations, and communities in Charlotte.

Key features
Hero photo that settles into a framed plate · Named-home collection with scroll wipes · Three-generation story · Four-phase process · Team and press
The challenge
The current homepage shows little beyond the logo and navigation. A remarkable family story and a collection of named homes never reach a first-time visitor.
Design decisions
The page opens with the family rule, “Never be afraid to be different,” then walks through the collection one named home at a time.
A grandfather who painted the backs of cabinets anchors the story section, and a four-phase rail sets expectations from planning to closing.
