Patrick Joseph Designer Homes homepage concept

Overview

Unsolicited concept. Patrick Joseph Designer Homes is not a Sketch & Frame client. This is a homepage we designed to show how we would present a fully custom design-build firm.

The firm designs and builds one-of-a-kind residences on Lake Norman, with the same trades working side by side for two decades.

Key features

Full-bleed hero with the real wordmark · Pinned slider of finished homes · Four-phase approach with a hand drawing · Team, recognition, and FAQ

The challenge

The current homepage is a single photo and a footer. For a firm with more than 170 custom homes, the site wasn’t making the case.

Design decisions

Finished homes slide past in a pinned horizontal track, each with its location, style, and size. The approach section pairs a hand drawing with four selection phases.

Cost and timeline questions are answered on the page, so serious buyers arrive informed.
